Organic Muscle’s original email pop up was very off brand and generic.
It was also popping up instantly which interrupted the user experience. From a strategy standpoint, the pop up also was ineffective because it was linked to every page on the website making the email follow ups general and non-product specific.
The Strategy
BrainPower, re-designed multiple pop ups formatted for both mobile and desktop. These pop-ups were set to delay for 60 seconds also were product specific so the emails that followed were directly related to the product page the customer subscribed on.

Customer segmentation was not properly in place, and emails that were being sent had very little design or brand building properties.

Completely re-construct the Organic Muscle email infrastructure including design, segmentation, and implementation. 26 total emails were created including welcome series, abandoned cart, post purchase, and browse abandonment.

Organic Muscle had no post purchase upsells in place resulting in an average order value that was reliant solely on the initial purchase price of products customers purchased on the site.
The Strategy
BrainPower, Inc. designed and implemented 3 different upsells to trigger according to the product a customer purchased. With no post purchase upsell strategies in place previously, we knew this would be an effective method for instantly increasing AOV.
